Refund or Exchange

How It Works

  • Refunds and Exchanges will only be accepted if the items is in BRAND NEW CONDITION. Apparel must have tags attached.

  • Items eligible for a refund or exchange must be within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items with signs of wear will be return to the customer.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund or exchange to be processed once arrives at our facility. You will receive a email from us when the refund or exchange is processed.

  • International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate an international refund or exchange.
